The support queries are available for any extension which is downloaded from this website. If you have downloaded a free extension you can buy a subscription anyway in order to have access to support. I provide support only for my products and only through my support system. I don't provide any kind of support via email or social networks. If you have any membership or billing questions, please, contact me by using this form.

You can submit as many support tickets as you need during your subscription period. Open tickets have the highest priority and are answered as quickly as possible on working days, from Monday to Friday. I will make every effort to respond to your queries within 12 – 24 hours, if not sooner.
